Dan O'Connell, president of the FTTH Council, discusses his organization and its efforts to help all service providers drive fiber to the home.  He describes his organization as well as the efforts of affiliated councils around the world.  He describes their efforts as a "community of experts" to help service providers and regulators understand the benefits and the challenges of FTTH deployment.
