The Way Forward’s Jane Patterson, who brings rich background of having worked in industry, academia and government, talks about the Rural Telecon Congress and its meeting which was held in conjunction with the 2012 Broadband Communities Summit.  Patterson, explains that the Rural Telecon Congress brings together key players from vendors, operators, legislators and government officials to discuss best practices for bringing broadband to rural areas.
