This video is approximately 53 minutes long, so it would be a prime candidate for a local intro and exit by the telco (maybe with a brief interview with a local teacher or something).

Also, check out the multi-video webinar/social networking product we used from a company called HearMe.  Roger also does a great job of highlighting various features of the HearMe product.  What is especially interesting is how he is able to augment and clarify, via the integrated instant message feature, my commentary. I think there could be application for this in the independent space and the plan is to have a webinar on what they are doing on August 24th.
