David Saxby of Measure-X discusses the importance of creating a culture whereby everyone in an independent telco feels comfortable “selling” the company’s offerings. He explains that selling is a learned skill that requires coaching and some form of extra compensation. Saxby is going to be speaking at OPASTCO’s 2008 Winter Conference in Phoenix.
