Can IPTV scale to 1 million homes? This was the question posed on the panel, IPTV – Scaling World Wide, at the Telecom @ NAB conference. Panelists from HP, Intel and Kasenna discussed the methodologies of their recent performance and stress testing of a typical IPTV configuration.
