Keith Oliver of Home Telephone and Incoming Chairman of OPASTCO talks about his background, Home Telephone, OPASTCO members’ contributions to community, services and family.  He also discusses the challenges OPASTCO members face as they strive to bring advanced services to all of their customers, although they have to serve vastly different areas and demographics.  And, they are offering advanced services, as Oliver suggests that they already serve more than 10% of their customer base with Fiber to the Home technology.
