Roger Nishi, 2007 OPASTCO Chairman and Vice President of Industry Relations for Waitsfield and Champlain Valley Telecom, gave a heartfelt opening speech that touched upon the significance of OPASTCO and the significance of its members to their communities and to each other. Nishi had one of the most memorable entries of all time, as seen in the above video.
