Prof. Hennessy shares his Stony Brook grad school experiences and explains why he returned to Stanford after co-founding MIPs in 1984.  He never dreamed of being an academic administrator and claims he’s the proverbial frog cooking in boiling water who survived and unexpectedly became President of Stanford.
