The largest generation in history is how Dan Coates characterizes the Millennial generation.  Coates, president  of Ypulse, is an expert on youth and his organization is in constant contact with thousands of young people, helping major brands understand trends and the minds of young people.  He points out in this interview that the Millennial generation is different from earlier generations and are broadly described, as special, sheltered, confident, team oriented, conventional, pressured and achieving.  Given his knowledge of this generation, it was right that he moderated the youth panel that proceeded this interview.
