The smart phone as the remote control for personal media, regardless of where it is, is quickly becoming the norm as evidenced in this video interview. More than a remote control, this second screen approach allows interactivity to be personal, while the viewing experience can continue to be social. Although iPhone users can download this app today, I will have to wait a bit longer to try Eyecon Technologies' soon-to-be-released Android application.
